MEET ANGELICA
Angelica Ramirez | CEO
Angelica got an early start in the business growing up in a family that purchased and updated their own homes and rental properties. As a real estate paralegal at an established commercial construction firm, she got to work on projects such as the renovation of the landmark Warwick Hotel in Houston's Museum District.
This opportunity gave Angelica an appreciation for innovating older architecture as she became involved with The Warwick's transformation to the glamorous Hotel Zaza. Later, as a licensed Real Estate Broker she found herself offering design advice for renovations that could accommodate her client's wish lists and stay within their budgets.
Recognizing a need in the market for a reliable, quality-focused remodeler, Angelica founded Americana Homes, Inc. in 2003. Since then, she has led the company through hundreds of successful renovations and new builds across the Houston area, earning a reputation for craftsmanship, integrity, and a genuine passion for transforming homes.
